John J. Boudia, Managing Attorney

John has been practicing immigration law exclusively, for more than 18 years. He has experience in all areas of the U.S. immigration process. His practice provides services for business and family cases, with emphasis and expertise in employment-related immigration. John graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 with a BA in Pre Law, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1997. Prior to starting his own practice in 1999, he worked for in-house immigration counsel. He has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association since 1999, and a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1997.

Samantha Wilson, Associate Attorney

Samantha joined JJB in September 2011 as an intern, and after receiving her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, she became an Associate Attorney with JJB in March 2012. Samantha graduated from Michigan State University, with a B.A. in Political Science in 2009. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 2012, and has been exclusively practicing immigration law. She is an excellent resource for clients having to go through the Request For Evidence process, and has extensive experience in handling H-1B petitions. Sam is a former member of the MSU Figure Skating Team, and volunteers with a local skating club, and the MSU Children’s Health Initiative.
