John J. Boudia
Managing Attorney
John Boudia is the founder and managing attorney of Boudia Immigration Law. With more than 28 years of legal experience, John has represented thousands of corporate and individual clients in immigration matters, earning a reputation for practical legal guidance, in-depth knowledge of immigration law, and long-standing client relationships.
Throughout his career, John has focused on advising U.S. and international companies on employment-based immigration strategies, including visa sponsorship, compliance with immigration regulations, and workforce planning. He prepares and files a full range of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, supporting businesses of all sizes—from multinational corporations to small and mid-sized companies—as well as individuals seeking family-based immigration benefits.
John earned his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and holds a B.A. from Michigan State University. He has been a licensed attorney since 1998 and is a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
John leads a team of experienced paralegals, administrative staff, and business management professionals who are dedicated exclusively to immigration law.
